Our entire team consists of young female people under 35. We don't just work for young people - we are young people. This means we understand what motivates our participants, what scares them, and what they need.

We keep our groups small and our programmes thoughtful. Every project is designed from scratch, not copy-pasted. We know every participant by name before they arrive.

Sounds small - it's not. We respond to every message, support every applicant through the process, and stay in touch with participants long after the project ends. We are a community, not a service.
